Mr: Russell Lester hit my car and he use his company insurance. I try to contacts him but he never answer my phone .
Poisoned my lungs just in passing by off 288 on September 3rd after 8pm in the evening. I instantly became dizzy and developed a cough the next day. The horribly strong chemicals they carelessly spew it into the air at night are definitely poisoning nearby residents as they sleep. I am still suffering because of this location.
