Very disappointed had a signed contract a month in advanced and paid 50% deposit and exactly 1 week prior to Event (designed around having Ice Cream Truck ) Company called to tell us that they have to cancel they don't have enough trucks available that day and the Trucks they do have will be at the Beach that day . He stated they don't take on work they can not fulfill ........Isn't that what they did? I wouldn’t trust these people to plan a 4 year olds birthday party. Hilariously bad.
Useless bunch of people. They don’t answer their phone during listed business hours, and they don’t have any kind of time sensitivity training.
