Didn't write this for awhile because I feel horifically bad writing poor reviews on small businesses. But they destroyed my hair, I had not had a lot of experience with coloring my own hair and tried box bleaching it from black, and not only did they not educate or explain what they could realistically do with my hair, but for chin length hair that had an undercut all the way up the back it took over 4 hours to apply the foils alone, bleach on the entire time, left for another several hours to develop, my hair was elastic an... read more
