Alicia is so incredible! As soon as I met her I knew she would help me be empowered to have the birth I dreamed about. After a long and hard labor with my first child, my goals for my second birth were to labor at home longer and hopefully cut down the labor time overall. I highly recommend Alicia for your doula. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped prepare me and my husband for the delivery of our first child. She helped us put our birth plan together and prepare us for the unexpected. I credit her completely for our smooth labor and delivery. The Doula PT helped me welcome my first child into this world. My husband and I worked with Alicia during my pregnancy to prepare for the birth I wanted. Alicia worked to personalize a plan for us based on our preferences for labor and delivery. We were given exercises to prepare for birth, tips on different comfort measures to try during labor, and we were educated on the labor process.
