I leased my home twice with the Doug Erdy Group through its real estate agent, Brandi Bertrand and regretted both times. The first time the tenants were not timely paying rent, running a group home and/or semi-zoo out of my home. I had to have them evicted. The second time, again the tenants failed to timely pay rent within months, tore up property, failed to maintain the yard and stored non-working vehicles on my property among other issues.
