We called Kate to sell our home and she was very good explaining the process to us. They had someone do fly over video of the property and very professionally done photos of the interior. Within a week of listing the house we had it under contract. If I had any questions I just sent Kate a text and got a response right away even on weekends and sometimes late evening. I would highly recommend using Kate to list and sell your home.
