The complex is beautiful & the apartments are nice. However the office is atrocious at getting back to people about questions. They will go weeks, almost months before finally responding to emails. They also switched my electric to a different provider without telling me & then claimed they did not do it, yet the letter of documentation of the switch clearly states it was authorized by The Dorel Properties.
