Perfect spot for WashU students! The school shuttle stops right downstairs, so getting to campus is super easy. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and fixes things incredibly fast. I recommend choosing a unit on a higher floor, to get the best view and avoid sewer problems.

It offers a worry-free lifestyle—whenever something needs attention, all you have to do is report it, and it is taken care of.
Safet has always done a great maintenance job for us. He truly cares and is very responsive.
