Jasmin told us multiple times they would be able to work with us on our credit we would just have to pay more on the deposit which is fine. They told us it was first come first serve for applications so we made sure to apply soon after we seen the apartment. I moved into the Dorado this year and I absolutely love it here. Management has thus far been super responsive to any needs, anything urgent, and is in continuous contact with the residents- which has been great! Building is well taken care of and maintained, and the neighborhood is great. Really centrally located. Great experience here all the way around so far! 5 stars!
i just moved here & when i came to see the apartment before applying, i knew the location & everything about it was perfect for me & my son right off the bat! great energy & nice neighbors! couldn’t imagine living anywhere else especially for the price when san diego is usually so expensive! proud to call this HOME! 🤍 shout out to my awesome apartment manager Nick!
Been renting here for about 2 months now and so far so good! We haven’t had any issues with management or the area. The only “problem” we seemed to notice was the excessive flies outdoors in the summertime but nothing about that is in their control. If things continue to go well throughout the year, we definitely plan on renewing our lease!
I have been living here for about a year , and I appreciate the pet friendly environment, and the laundry facility that has been convenient to me as a tenant. Neighbors are overall respectful and trustworthy, you may forget to bring a package in, and it will still be there till you return. Management is also friendly and responds in a timely manner to questions and concerns.
