I contacted the South Point office after receiving no reply to my website inquiry. The realtor said she'd call back after a showing but never did. I followed up two days later and was told she was at the office discussing my unit and would call on Monday—over a week later, I’m still waiting. Hard to believe this is Miami’s “#1” agency in anything other than poor service.
