The best garage door repair company in town! They were super busy and backed up, but came out on a Sunday to fix our issue. Would highly recommend them for all your garage door needs!
Called last week. Heard back same day, despite him being very busy. Was told it would be a few days until he could get to us, which wasn't a big deal. He ended up calling on Sunday and came out on a Sunday to look at our issue. Ended up being something simple, and he didn't even charge us for it. HIGHLY recommend!
Came over on a Sunday and fixed our garage door quickly and efficiently, very reasonably priced…Loren could have made us wait but didn’t. Highly recommended!
Hard to get a hold of. They do not pick up the phone and ask you to send a text. It took three days to just get a reply. After they eventually came out to evaluate my door never heard back from them with an estimate. They just ghosted us and completely stopped replying to texts. Just tell someone you don't have the time, or aren't interested in the job. Unprofessional
Why have people fill out a form in order to get help if you're never going to respond? Tried getting help for my parents who need their garage door fixed and this business doesn't answer any calls or anything.
