Why have people fill out a form in order to get help if you're never going to respond? Tried getting help for my parents who need their garage door fixed and this business doesn't answer any calls or anything.
The Doorman recently installed a garage door opener and charged $800.00. The tech, Kurtis, did an excellent job in timely fashion. He stated he was charging me what company told him too. I found the same model that was installed for a retail price of $291.98 including the 8ft extension and tax. I'm sure I'm not the only person that finds over $500.00 to be an unrealistic labor and markup.
Great Company! A little hard to get ahold of, called them on Monday and got back to me on Thursday and were able to come same day! Got in done in a timely matter without breaking the bank! Definitely will use them again if we ever need too!
Professional and experienced
I understand companies are busy but not returning calls or texts is poor customer relations. I would not recommend this company based on their customer relationship alone. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on their work. Nonetheless, I would not recommend any company with poor customer relationships no matter the quality of their work.
