I called this company because, after 16 years (installed by the Door Works 16 years ago), my garage door started opening and closing randomly even with the remotes disabled. The person who answered the phone spent a good deal of time on the phone with me trouble shooting the problem and patiently waiting on the other end while I went out to my garage and tried a few things, even though I haven't given them any money in 16 years.
