My garage door opener needed to be replaced. Tech was pleasant, excellent, and fast. My problem is customer service on a follow-up issue. The default opener settings cause the light to trigger every time someone crosses the safety laser sensors. We’re in an out all day. The light would have been on constantly. The Door Man helped me over the phone immediately without seeing my problem in person! Mine was a simple fix, but it is nice to speak to a friendly local professional when you have an issue and no idea what to do.

We highly recommend "The Door Man", Kelly Bishop. In 2010 we had a major issue and he was right out to fix it so we could lock up the house and get to work. On 1-2-2020, we had another problem that Mary gave fix suggestions over text (at no charge!) and it is once again working. They are in my cell contacts for the next garage door emergency!
