Several years ago, I had to replace several doors that had suffered wood rot and termites. I gave the Door Factory my measurements, but they told me they would repeat the measurements so that I wouldn't wind up with a useless expense. They did, corrected my small errors, delivered my doors, and a contractor friend and I replaced those doors without any problems. The Door Factory did a great job on replacing the metal exterior door in my diner. From the initial consult & measuring, they were knowledgeable. Took a few weeks to be made but it arrived as ordered. It was a tough install but the rep did a great job! Had a minor issue with the locking bar adjustment but they handled that promptly as well. Very happy with the entire experience at the Door Factory. I highly recommend them.
Artie was very thorough and patient walking us through our door selection and purchase. Doors were ready ahead of estimated time. Stan did an excellant job installing them. Couldn't be more pleased with The Door Factory experience.
We have a house that is over 100 years old so replacing our front door was very tricky, but the Door Factory was up for the job. We love our new door and they were especially helpful with replacing our hardware when we had issues with the one they originally installed.
Excellent place to purchase doors especially if you need a specialty door. Very helpful and easy to work with. I dealt with Ryan, very knowledgeable and communication is Excellent ! Would highly recommend the Door Factory in Oakland Park. Great customer service and selection.
