Richard answered my phone call and talked me thru solving the problem I was having with my garage door. I called him because he had worked on my door before. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused since he said "you did all the work".
Superb service and communication I would recommend Rich to anyone who needed overhead door repair or new overhead doors. Quality doors at the right price.
Our garage door spring broke Sunday afternoon. I Gave the door doctor a call early Monday morning and he was out to my house in less than 2 hours and had the springs replaced and installed in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and he gave me a 6 year warranty on the springs. Our garage works great now. Thanks door doctor!
