Excellent! From the minute I contacted them, Cathy the office manger was very customer friendly and accommodating. She got me scheduled in right away and the service technicians Steve who came out was Friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He not only identified the problem but assured me it would not take long to fix. I had removed the seal from the bottom of my door and could not replace it myself. Tyler was my service professional who came to evaluate the problem. He was so very polite and likable. He put on a new door seal retainer and then the new door seal and my door looks and functions better than new. He even took the time to lubricate the springs and door tracks while he was there.
