My family and I came here for a couple nights for the 4th of July. Parking at the hotel is very expensive, $57 a night. We know someone who lives in the area so we were able to leave our car with them. Upon check in, everyone was nice and got us checked in. We were asked if we needed help with our luggage but we didn’t have much. I like how the staff seem to always acknowledge me when I came down the elevator. They would smile, say hi, open the door. The only reason to give 4 stars is because it does not have an inhouse laundry.
Very nice hotel, spacious and location is close to Union Square.
