Interesting hotel. Super quiet and great location 👌
The hotel was great but charging $15 a night for parking is outrageous where else are we expected to park? Also, you guys need to update your photos. We came because there is a hot tub so to see that it has been covered over is ridiculous. The room was very nice though and the bed and pillows were great at least.

After two days of no housekeeping, I put a camera to see when they will service the room, only to witness them rubbing the entire comforter on the ground before making the bed. See the video for yourself. When I saw the maid just making the bed with the same sheets and asked for new sheets, what's on the video is the resentful service I got afterwards. Pros - Large rooms when you pay extra, compared to what you get in Downtown Sunnyvale. - Decent 20mbit wifi with good reception. Cons: - Room service 👎👎👎: When I pay the same price for every day, expecting the same room service every day is not a luxury, it is just what I paid for. - They bargained with us from the checkin day, trying to have us accept room service less often, - After they “scheduled” room service every day, the room was never serviced two days in a row, during our stay over a week.
