What a wonderful surprise!! I'm traditionally only stay at Marriott brand hotels. I was visiting CA for appointments at Stanford Health and needed a convenient location and reasonable price. The Domain Hotel truly stood out and I was so pleased w/ their location, comfort, and communication w/ all staff members. The room and environment was top notch! I'd like to honorably mention their maintenance professional, Salvatore. I lost some jewelry in the bathroom and he went above and beyond to help me search for this.. we didn't ... read more
The rooms were slightly ran down. There was a stain on the carpet, one of the tiles in the bathroom was broken, and the water pressure in the shower was janky. The hotel has sleep number beds and on the first night one of the remotes was not programmed to the bed so it was rock hard. I will say the staff accommodated for us that night and got us a separate room for that night at around 3am.
