I am sure this “stylist” put a texturizer on my hair. And upon trying to figure out what happened to my hair by emailing her and calling her she claims it’s Harassment, but SHE in fact damaged my hair. It just seems as if she is money hungry & is tired of doing hair. I went to get a basic cut/trim and Demi color jet black. As the days went on I noticed how uneven my cut actually was and that my hair actually felt Like it has less volume.
