Venue It's really nice and clean! Everything's decorated nicely and everyone's super sweet. I loved everything about it! Christina Navarro She was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable right off the bat!! She talked me through it and eased my nerves! She was quick and got to know me which I appreciated a lot. Her service and work were amazing! Recommend her FOR SURE.
A lady that works there opened the door during my Brazilian, realized the service I was getting, looked at my for a second, and closed the door, and neither of the ladies said anything! This made me very uncomfortable the rest of the appointment. Mia took 2 hours to wax my Brazilian, underarms and legs. The woman doing my underarms went over the area too many times, and now I have dark under armpits in the summer.. I do not recommend this location. Did not feel professional or safe. I’ve gotten waxed here about 3 times by Mia . Everytime I came in I brought my boyfriend because I just moved here , so he would just sit quietly on his phone . She asks him if he has gotten a wax and he said no , I said he’s not really into that , she then proceeds to mention Manzillians and we both don’t say anything, sometime through the appointment she jokes to him “ your next “ and he didn’t acknowledge what she said . First time coming here & I am so happy I found this gem! Christina did such an amazing job on my eyebrows & Brazilian. She made me feel very comfortable & we had great conversations during my appointment. I definitely found my place for waxing :)
I’ve been getting waxed by Nikki for about 4 years now, and I’ve seen her throughout her waxing journey at different salons. I’ll follow her everywhere! I also get my lashes done by Chloe and will also see her for waxing if I have last minute changes. Everyone here is so amazing and accommodating. You’ll be happy with everyone you see at the Dollhouse!
