Working with this team has been a complete nightmare. I would not recommend their services to anyone. From the beginning we rented we had issues with the refrigerator. The team not only took their time to respond but did not ensure the repair was properly completed as almost a month later the refrigerator went bad again. We ended up throwing out hundreds of dollars worth of food. In general, they take a while to respond to any tenant request or question. We only lived in the home for 5 months. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I applied for a rental with them and was told that if they chose another applicant before me then I would get my application fees back because they technically did not have a chance to process my application since another person was chosen before they even got to my application. A couple of days of them not returning phone calls go by and they send me an email saying they chose someone else and this was the reason my application was denied.
