My hair appointment was 2 weeks ago and I’ve struggled with posting this as I don’t want to come off negatively but I feel as if I need to warn future potential clients…. I cannot express more how unprofessional and chaotic it is at this salon. Sharletha means well, however I had to wait over 2 hours after my appointment time to get seen. I had an amazing experience getting a color service done today. She colored, deep conditioned, blow-dryed, and silk pressed and trimmed my hair in less than 4 hours and my hair came out amazing. The color matched my complexion and perfectly. Shar was so kind and down to earth and the shop is gorgeous. She's knowledgeable on her craft and gives great recommendations on caring for your hair and other stylists even for services she doesn't do. Couldn't be any happier. I have been going to this salon for about a year. I always enjoy visiting. Layla is always on time and ready to provide a service. Everytime I visit Shar is always there and she is a riot. Those two are my favorite faces to see when I arrive because I lnow im in good hands My hair is healthy and growing. Thank you ladies
I travel a lot for work and sometimes I bring my son a long with me, this boy has alot of hair... I make it a point to stop here to get his hair braided.. the owner makes sure theres someone available everytime... the other part to this is after the braids were taken down, there was no hair loss.. this is the only place that I've taken my son that didn't cause his hair to fall out... also the products that were used didn't make my son's head itch, because of this his braids stayed fresh longer and the style lasted 2× longer ... read more
This was one of the most emotionally distressing and unprofessional salon experiences I’ve ever had. I came to this stylist already vulnerable. Cutting my locs was a HUGE deal my hair is my throne, my biggest insecurity, and something I take very seriously. I explained that clearly. She reassured me, told me “I got you,” hyped her work, and took my $50 deposit with no issue.My appointment was at 12:30 PM. I arrived early. From that point on, everything went downhill.
