She gave me a silk press and a NEEDED cut. This is one of the only haircuts that I have really loved, I could’ve cried in the chair lmao.. she also got me in same day!! 🙏🏽
I was extremely nervous about my appointment because I'd combed my locs out twice (not done at her shop) and I hadn't had a relaxer in over 3years! I've experienced hair trauma from "professionals" who said they knew what they were doing or who were terrible communicators. My hair appointment was 2 weeks ago and I’ve struggled with posting this as I don’t want to come off negatively but I feel as if I need to warn future potential clients…. I cannot express more how unprofessional and chaotic it is at this salon. Sharletha means well, however I had to wait over 2 hours after my appointment time to get seen. I had an amazing experience getting a color service done today. She colored, deep conditioned, blow-dryed, and silk pressed and trimmed my hair in less than 4 hours and my hair came out amazing. The color matched my complexion and perfectly. Shar was so kind and down to earth and the shop is gorgeous. She's knowledgeable on her craft and gives great recommendations on caring for your hair and other stylists even for services she doesn't do. Couldn't be any happier.
