I was extremely nervous about my appointment because I'd combed my locs out twice (not done at her shop) and I hadn't had a relaxer in over 3years! I've experienced hair trauma from "professionals" who said they knew what they were doing or who were terrible communicators. My hair appointment was 2 weeks ago and I’ve struggled with posting this as I don’t want to come off negatively but I feel as if I need to warn future potential clients…. I cannot express more how unprofessional and chaotic it is at this salon. Sharletha means well, however I had to wait over 2 hours after my appointment time to get seen.
