This management company owes me money that they are outright refusing to refund. I applied to move into a studio that I couldn't see in person (the apartment was occupied, and concerns for covid-19), but I was assured that the unit is the same as the 3D tour online. Within 2 days of applying, I learned that is not the case. The unit that I applied to doesn't even have an oven, it is significantly smaller, doesn't face the courtyard as indicated online and other issues as well. Unprofessional !! I spoke with Wendy located in the View at Mill Run she was very rude and not a good listener. My husband is a doctor and we are looking for a short term place to reside in for work. She was very combative and did not seem to want to do her job as far as answer questions when I called to inquire about the community.
These people do not take care of there properties. Worthless.
Unresponsive, horrible management and customer service.
