They dont even deserve a star. Worst experience of my life. Don't waste your time or money going here. They don't care if your having a panic attack in the middle of ripping teeth out. I was supposed to be knocked out. No. I was awake and alert during the whole thing. My head started falling off the chair. Did the dentist care? No. The assistant had to tell him i was falling off. Then she was trying to say that it's a lot of blood coming out and he snapped back saying that we don't say trigger words during treatment. After I... read more

This is a great place to get dental work done. I was seen on time. The team was very professional in examining and providing solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and Dr. Charles did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. The injection was gentle and painless. The Hygienist Vera was very nice and gentle. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. The office is very calming, clean, and modern. Thanks to Dr. Charles and his staff!!!
I’m giving this office a one star because I can NEVER get ahold of them and I shouldn’t have to show up to the office every time I have one simple question. I use the number on the website and I go by the hours that are listed, no one ever answers and I never get a return call. We have already paid for treatment and it feels like we’ve been ghosted, but once we’re done we’re finding a new dental home.
Very friendly staff. I am pleased with the service I received from Dr Charles, and I will be back.
