This has to be the most genuine and friendly grommets ever! They have been Very patient with my new rescue dog and myself. She is very nervous right now. They spent time with us, asked great questions and never acted rushed. Took their time with my dog and made her look and smell wonderful!
They are so kind and my dogs love coming here each month. They love to see their groomer friends and the rest of the pups!
My pup is 15 years old with arthritis. They always handle her so well when she is in for a nail trim. She doesn't get very upset anymore and she has never liked getting her nails cut. I love their self service baths, they get her so nice and clean and soft. Thank you all for always taking such great care of my Zoe!
This place is a GREAT GREAT Place I’m always happy w/the finish & by that I mean he gets an oatmeal bath..sensitive skin...& a blueberry facial nails trimmed beard & brows trimmed &&a little triangle scarf & smelling great! The staff is also great they call out his name coming thru the door.
Bridget has been groomed at DogSpaw for three years now. We know that the people think of our Bridget as one of theirs. They are terrific. AND they do a very good job.
I was so happy with Kerri and the entire staff. We will definitely bring Oscar back!! He looks amazing!
Can't thank Kerri enough for her help tonight with my Cooper. After a horrible experience at another grooming salon today, in which Cooper was left half shaved and half not, I was in tears on the whole experience, as that has never happened before. I called the Dogspaw to see if there was any chance to get in for an emergency "fix-n-trim," and Kerri said to come on in right away. Even though Cooper still had a rough time and was very stressed from the day, Kerri gave it her best and finished his cut. I am so grateful for her... read more
