The Doggy Bag dog bakery and gift shop opened in April of 2003, quite by chance. The idea began during one of our walks around nearby Fowler Lake with our son dog, Cinnamon, a beautiful Siberian Husky who became our dog when our son moved away. You know how that is! Unique selection of dog accessories and great bakery for dog treats - located conveniently inside Roots Coffee Shop.

Awesome little shop where they bake the homemade dog cookies right there! They also have a lot of durable fun toys and cute jackets and bow ties and accessories for your dog. You can bring your dog in to meet Duncan who is very friendly with other dogs! If they have a fresh batch they will give some samples to your dog! Muskie loves to visit them on our walks in town!

Brought our dog Happy in for his 14th birthday and they are open even on a Sunday. Eric is extremely friendly and my dog especially loves the carob brownies, both cookies and cheese cow crackers!
