We couldn’t be happier with our experience with John Ballard! Our dog, Maddie, stayed with him for a 7-day board-and-train program, and the results have been amazing. John worked with her on both separation anxiety and socialization, and the improvement has been night and day. Before training, Maddie struggled with barking, pulling on the leash, and some anxious behaviors when left alone. We are so incredibly thankful for the amazing job John Ballard did in working with us on our girl Bonnie! She is our first large breed dog (lab), and at a few months old, we knew we were going to need help with how energetic she is. We initially signed up for the foundation training, but still dealt with her digging holes in the yard, jumping on countertops, chasing our much smaller than her shih tzu, so towards the end of her training, we decided to upgrade to the e collar training. During a planned vacation we decided to look into a 3 week boarding with training program with the Dog Wizard. Our miniature Schnauzer, Sammy, was very uncontrollable on walks and was very aggressive (mostly barking) towards other dogs.
