Carmen was absolutely incredible to work with! We went into this keeping our expectations at bay, knowing we had a 4 year old golden doodle who was poorly trained (thanks to us). Dude had many concerns we were looking to address: resource guarding (had bit our oldest son when he was 2), barking at *everything*, he walked us - not the other way around, got on all furniture, wouldn’t perform basic commands, ate things he shouldn’t & so much more. We did the in home 5 week training course with Sara and are thrilled with the results. Our Sophie is an older dog (7 years) and part Beagle with terrible food aggression. My family did not feel safe around her because of her aggression. Sara was so informative, supportive and patient with all of us. She had to repeat a lot with me when I would forget crucial instructions, but she was always exceptionally patient and kind. The training instructions really worked! My dog just recently completed the 3 week training program after being recommended by my vet. He stayed with Carmen, and I can say that since he has been home I have seen an incredible change in him. Not only does he respond to my commands, his anxiety level has come way down, and his overall countenance has improved! I cannot say anything negative about this program. It is transforming!
