We worked with Briauna during our seven-month-old puppy jumpstart training and found her to be professional, courteous, and there when we had questions. Bri made sure that we were part of Romeo's training, and it turns out that we needed training as much as Romeo did! After his graduation, Romeo has been well-behaved, and we are most appreciative of the fact that we can now take him out with us with confidence that he will obey our voice commands.
We took our 3-1/2 yr old poodle mix to The Dog Wizard for behavioral issues. The experience we had was far beyond what we expected or imagined. Everyone was so nice and Briauna, Griffin’s trainer, was the best!! When he was brought back into the home, Bri was very thorough and patient in teaching us all the commands and was always available if we had questions afterwards. We have a stubborn 6 year old pitbull who was scared of his own shadow but after a few weeks working with Patrick we have seen significant changes in his behavior and self confidence. Great experience, communication and service from both our trainer and the facility. Will be using again with our other dog and future pets !
