They're only getting one star because I cannot give them zero Stars. Two of my friends have had horrible situations with this company the worst one was using a shampoo that should be diluted one part shampoo to 20 parts water was used to shampoo the dog burnt his skin burnt his eyes tremendous vet bill and they refused to do anything about it. Sad my other friend's dog had back surgery and they were aware of this problem and were allowing dogs to jump her and hump her for hours and would not answer their phone not dependable... read more
