Our dog has been going for once a week for a couple weeks now and they are amazing.
Thank you for taking good care of our little one Specially for taking her on such a short notice. Friendly staff and very clean. Would recommend to anyone who can't take there pet to certain places.
I have been taking my German Shepard to Chelsea for 8 years. He loves her even though he isnt the biggest fan of being groomed. We love this new location she is at. If you are looking for a skilled, caring groomer this is your spot.
We had great experiences for months, the staff got to know our dog and even asked about him when we saw them out and about. Until today. As I'm watching my dog on the camera all I see is another dog jumping on them, I see the staff standing between them, I see the staff bring out a board to separate them. Then MY dog gets put away into an area by themself... for nearly an hour. One of the staff comes in to presumably "spend time" with my dog- which consists of them pacing around on their phone.
