I recently moved here and was nervous about bringing my dog to a new groomer. My dog is really shy and it took her awhile to get comfortable with our old groomer. My neighbor reccommended this place and so I felt ok with trying it. The groomers were professional and took the time Sadie needed to get used to them before they took her back to get her bath. When I got her back she looked fabulous and smelled like a million bucks! Thanks ladies for doing a great job with my baby.
I have three dogs and was trying to wash them myself. One of my dogs is afraid of everything and I didn't think he would do well with anyone else. When I hurt my back I had no choice but to bring them and I was just thrilled with the care my dogs received. The staff is kind, professional, and compassionate with the dogs. When I picked them up they were happy and well groomed. I will NEVER go back to bathingthem myself.
Regular customer I am very comfortable leaving my 10 yo cocker with the staff...they know him and he knows them. I even take my 21 mo Pitt there for a bath and this was initially offered!. The prices are reasonable when my cocker has spent the most of theprior winter without a haircut. I just love them and they are not the first groomers that I met in Seattle,,but they are the bestentire winterja am also coq

This is La-dee-da Expensive but charming, this place is a bit overpriced in my opinion and short of staff that will actually be helpful.
The best we've tried! – We have had our dog for 13 years and have taken him to a few different groomers hoping to find one that we would be comfortable with. We found that here! They are gentle and loving, and our Australian comes our looking like a million bucks. We won't take him anywhere else. These women obviously love animals, their jobs and it shows. Thanks so much!
Great Pet Grooming – The ladies here are awesome. They are a tad bit pricey but I think they are worth it. They love the animals, which makes you feel comfortable to leave your pet with them. I would recommend them to any and all pet owners for grooming. I have never used the other services in this establishment but the other staff are courteous and friendly.
Fun doggy shop in a great neighborhood – This is a doggy- and people-friendly shop in the heart of Columbia City. Each time I go in there, the staff takes a little time to work with me and answer questions I might have - the latest was buying a holistic flea powder. The staff person talked to me about her experiences with it, whether to use it in conjunction with a veterinary-prescribed flea medicine, and how long until I saw results. Super Nice Staff – I was so happy to find a pet place that could help me with dog's shedding! Not only is there a great groomer there to help me but the young lady in the store helped with this new brush called the "Furminator". I was skeptical about the price (very expensive brush) but it is a miracle! It took piles of hair off my dog! The gal helped me out for a long time and showed me how to use it.
