Absolutely the worst haircut on our Yorkie ever. Saw all the excellent reviews and thought this would be a great place. They did the exact opposite of everything we asked. Our Yorkie of 3 years old has never had his tail cut. We specifically ask them to not cut his tail. We ask them to please don't cut to short around his legs he has long legs. When we went to pick him up they had cut his tail and everything around his legs. Worst haircut he has ever had. The good news is it will grow back. Just upset they did not listen at ... read more

The nice ladies took great care of my Pickle today. He looks great! I've found my go-to groomer!
RecommendedLisa did a wonderful job grooming our little golden doodle puppy. He is 18 weeks old, and it was his first groom ever and we are so happy with the way he looks! The Staff took great care of our little puppy and made sure he had a wonderful experience getting his first groom. Thank you so much!! :)

We've had great experiences with the Dog House in the past, but unfortunately I am editing this review and will likely take my dog elsewhere in the future after the groom he got yesterday. He has many small cuts on his stomach and a couple totally bald patches on his legs where they shouldn't be bald. The cuts are really bothering him and very tender if I try to inspect. I dont know if they were in a hurry, or if he was moving too much, but I wish they could have explained if anything like that was to blame because I really ... read more
