Attended with an ankle injury, not wanting to bother the ER. I was told 1 hour wait time. 2 hours later I was finally called in by the doctor, only for the receptionist to tell me no and then send in some other person, who I overheard say he didn't want to wait an hour. I then wait another 30 minutes for him to be seen, while I'm sitting in pain, crying in the waiting room. Not sure what I'd need to do to get special treatment like him. But I'll never be back to find out.
