our experience with dr mahmood abid was shit. he does not know what he is doing. We came all the way from Newcastle with simple request that we only need refer letters from him. He said the file is "too large" to send online and told we need to go hospital and hand the result physically to the nurse. We went to hospital and they say they dont accepted physically and ask him to seperate to smaller file to be able to send it.
