The dr there on SATURDAYS is so so lovely kind patient caring highly reccomend ... BUT thru the week id rather not attend.. i dont feel its normal for a lady to come in to fill uo the paper towel or normal for another dr come in when the dr im seeing reports there is a cochroache behind the table( mind u 3 seconds b4 this second interuption i had my pants down showing him my swollen knee ) !!! .. these 2 things should have happened AFTER I HAD LEFT.... Having visited twice now, I can highly recommend The Doctors. The reception staff are incredibly helpful, and the multilingual facility makes communication a breeze for everyone. What makes this place a standout is the sheer convenience. Having GPs, surgeons, imaging (MD Imaging), physio, pathology, dentist and a discount pharmacy all under one roof is a massive game-changer. Plus, the location is perfect with easy access to 3 hours of free parking at Westfield Mt Druitt. A top-tier medical hub! #hikingdiarybyabid
Dr hemsa I went to her for help but she flat out refused to listen saying 'no I can't help you and I don't know who can't'. What kind of doctor is that
I had an appointment with nurse Ola at 2pm. checked in at 1:40pm. not called until 2.40pm so i decided to cancel and go home. I wasted my time here.
Please avoid visiting the medcual hub. Despite appointments you have to wait 1.5 hrs No courtesy of informing patients if Dr is running late. Even if it's baby appointment still they say sit won't be long and make u wait 2 hours.
