Nguyen and McClusky are the best. Been here 5 years. Haven't used Walk-in services becus appointments are generally available same day. Both take their time and answer any questions. Very empathetic and genuine. The only problem I've had is with the medical assistants not knowing how to answer questions. Delay in getting information at times or trouble getting referrals after the appointment. Sometimes it depends on who you talk to and "rules" aren't always consistent. Terrible!!! Changing Drs today!!! I was charged $103 for a Telemedicine visit where the Dr told me to go see him on Monday because it can’t be done over the phone. Then they tell me they are going to charge me AGAIN on Monday to visit the Dr! Robbery man, so disappointed and I have been with these guys for years, I’M DONE!
