Great doctors but admin takes literally weeks to reply and avoids messages and the phone like it’s their job. Which is fine if they are doing their job, but they aren’t. I feel bad for the doctors but terrible for anyone with a prior authorization or need of admin support. Im sure they tell the doctors how bad everyone is to them while they continue not to do their job too. Peter has been a part of my Type 1 diabetes care team for over 4 years now. He doesn't just focus on my diabetes, but my overall health as it does all come together in my body. He's one of my greatest advocates and someone I hope will be on my team for years to come. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I've been seeing Peter Wilcox for several years for Type 2 Diabetes management. Thanks to his knowledge, thoughtfulness, and positivity I have experienced rapid and sustained numbers greatly benefitting my quality of life.
