Need better staff to shorten wait times and better customer service.
Good luck trying to call this place, they hardly ever pick up.
Called multiple times on Friday, left voice-mail for a call back. Called again Monday, 11 May multiple times throughout the day, left 3 voice-mail, still have not talked to a real person. Need to schedule a DOT physical, will ask the employer if I can schedule with another clinic since this one is way in over their heads.
