I went to see Dr. Ann Marie Rarey @ the Doctors Clinic because I needed a doctor to get my medication I need for Diabetes. So, I see her, and I give her a printout of all my medications I get @ the Pharmacy. It was fool proof. There was no way someone could screw that up...I thought. However, she did.
