I am the Practice Manager for a Multispecialty Medical Office and we recently switched our answering service to The Doctors Answer. Since switching services, we have had no complaints from patients regarding being able to reach someone after hours or being on hold for extremely long periods of time. The service always answers the calls in a very timely manner and also makes sure to route them to the proper staff on call.
