I brought my daughter last night as she has flu symptoms, fever, chills, headache, earchache, sore throat, we went there because her HMO is in NY. They turned us away, said we had to pay the entire bill and would not use our insurance card. Told us she wasn't sick enough to be considered under urgent care. I explained that i had called the ins company and they recommended we go to urgent care. but, the receiptionist didn't want to hear it. just told us it was $150 plus any throat cultures, etc. She recommended we go to the e... read more
Don't ever go here. I went in with an emergency as the name says urgent care and it is the closest emergency place to where I live and they turned me away. They said they had appointments and I could drive to their Clinton location 20 minutes away. It was an emergency and they did not follow their oath on non-maleficence, in this case they did harm they allowed a person having an emergency to leave. Is that a place you trust? I don't and I will never step foot in there again
