I’ve been living here for a while and absolutely love these apartments! They’re very nice, and I’ve never had any major issues. Any small problems I’ve had were always fixed quickly. The facilities are always clean, and honestly, I’ve never lived in a place this nice here in Joplin!
Horrible place to rent. Tenants living above me threw their marijuana cigarettes below while I was there. Dishwashers freezing and not working is very common due to old pipes and thin walls in the winter. Maintenance ignores requests to deal with clogged pipes and dishwashers and bulbs that need to be changed. Hallways have broken lights so it's dangerous especially at night with the high crime in the area. Management also will not refund your deposit no matter how much you clean after you leave. We lived here for 2 years and never had any problems! Management was friendly and quick in getting on our requests.
