I really enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Harrington. She’s personable, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend her!
Don't be fooled by the 5-star ratings—this practice is disorganized and unprofessional. I went for my annual checkup with Caitlin Wood, NP, who was thorough and easy to talk to. But the rest of the experience was a mess. The medical assistant who took my vitals seemed untrained—she even had to ask the doctor who is the owner of this primary care clinic if I was ready to be brought to the patient room, which made the waiting process awkward and uncoordinated. Doc Next Door, Dr. Harrington and ALL her team are fantastic. Dr Harrington gives undivided attention to the reason you are there, asks questions and answers my questions to fullest extent. This past visit I saw Deborah, her PA, and she was very attentive and I knew I was in good hands. They follow up with calls when they have information for you and remind you for upcoming appointments.
