Dr. Harrington is easy to talk to without judgment. She is interested in your concerns and quickly provides assistance in resolving issues.
I highly recommend Dr Harrington and her staff. They all create an environment that makes me feel at ease and comfortable — something that’s hard to find!
I had my first appointment at The Doc Next Door and everyone I came into contact with was lovely, from the front desk staff, to FNP Suggs who my appointment was with, to the phlebotomist I saw for blood testing. Doctors appointments can be anxiety provoking and I appreciated how friendly everyone was and how they actually made conversation and took an interest in me. Nurse Suggs was great at explaining everything to me and asked great questions.
My wife and I just had our 1st child and had his initial visit with Dr. Harrington. She was knowledgeable, attentive, accommodating, and kind. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Harrington. The only reason I gave this practice 4 stars is because the staff is inexperienced. I can both sympathize and empathize that everyone must start somewhere, but the process of the staff has room to improve.
