Dr Demertine picked up the phone at nearly midnight and was very helpful. He showed compassion and empathy and helped calm our son down from a difficult panic attack. He was patient and kind and so informative. Highly recommend.
Extremely satisfied with this service! All urgent cares in the area are closed and the 4th of July is tomorrow. I knew exactly what was wrong and the doctor answered right away and got me the medications I needed to feel better. Also worth mentioning he had great bedside manner!
Severe neuralgia pain in the face. Called and spoke to a wonderful Dr De Mertine who went out of his way to help. We were first time visitors in Boston and this doctor went above and beyond to ensure pain relief.
Dr. Demertine is a godsend. I am travelling from abroad and urgently needed some medicines. Dr. Demertine was very readily available for an online consult. He spent time understanding my problem and was able to give the correct prescription at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.
