When I received a number of laboratories from IRCC to make DNA, I feel I made the best selection. Your step by step and consistent communication made the whole process marvelous. Thanks for your service and keep it up.
Would not recommend, make sure everything spoken with staff is documented in email. As staff will “conveniently” forget and advise you of changes to agreed upon procedures after payment.
Roxanne was soo kind, patient, and gentle with the kids, which made an incredibly stressful situation feel a little less overwhelming. Her care and compassion did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for the way she treated our family. We need more people like Roxanne in this world!
