Roxanne was soo kind, patient, and gentle with the kids, which made an incredibly stressful situation feel a little less overwhelming. Her care and compassion did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for the way she treated our family. We need more people like Roxanne in this world!
Would not recommend, make sure everything spoken with staff is documented in email. As staff will “conveniently” forget and advise you of changes to agreed upon procedures after payment.
Good Service and faster result, the price was less 15 to 20% from the competition. Jo-an was amazing when i was booking the test and very welcoming, kind, helpful. Thank you also to Nancy for her professionalism during the testing. I will recommend their service 100000% guys. Call them and you will thank me later.
