Had an appointment but still waited for 30 min for a 2 year olds haircut until we ended up leaving. What's the point of an appointment here, especially for a small child? Did have someone tell us after 10 min it would be soon, but 20 min of nothing afterwards and nobody noticed us leaving. Update, they noticed we left and called after 45 min.. stylist excuse she was too busy with her own aunt. Not recommended for kids

I am sure it is a great place to go to if you don’t have curly hair but….. I spent 4 years growing out my hair and I loved it. I just went in for a little trim to get the dead ends off. For some reason they gave me “layers” without asking, made them thicker than the longer piece and they are all the way around my head. So when my hair is curly it look like I have a bowl cut that’s above my shoulders and then a random longer piece in the back that looks like a rat tail. I arrived on time for my 7:20 appointment and waited about 10 minutes while the previous client finished. After that, Mac called in another person for a haircut without acknowledging me or explaining the delay. While I understand that schedules can sometimes run behind, a simple apology or update would have gone a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future clients.
