I arrived on time for my 7:20 appointment and waited about 10 minutes while the previous client finished. After that, Mac called in another person for a haircut without acknowledging me or explaining the delay. While I understand that schedules can sometimes run behind, a simple apology or update would have gone a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future clients.

Had a appointment with Pam today! And to say she exceded my expectiantions is a understatement. I had sent her some inspo pics before my apt, knowing it would be a process as i had black box dye, she was able to get me to exactly the inspo pic. I am beyond impressed! Great colour, great company. Amazing overall experience!!
