there is a CONSTANT noise issue here. my room is ALWAYS shaking with people blasting music. I have had to report this maybe 20+ times this year and i am unsure that anything is done about it as it continues to happen with the same people. i am told that this is a leasing violation and notes are made in their profile but you’d think if this is true theyd be evicted by now with how often I’ve had to report them, no? there have been times during “office hours” where no one is even accessible. there is supposed to be security du... read more
Did not fix the request or even show up at all
This place is going down the drain. You pay for luxury apartments but it’s barely worth the price anymore. There’s always something wrong with the pool/hot tub. The hot tub was drained for most of the summer to the point where I stopped even trying to go. I live in a corner of the building right next to a gate that is NEVER LOCKED so anyone can just walk in. This complex looks great. Ryker Ard showed me around and it is exactly what I plan to live in. It has exactly what I need in terms of amenities, people, and location. I plan on applying for housing soon here.
