I have lived here for 3 years, this last year new management took over, and they are way worse then grey star was when it comes to making repairs when stuff breaks. Parking garage elevator has been broken for months, parking garage gate has been broken also for months. What’s the point of paying for parking when it’s not secure and just anyone can enter. randomly wants to start charging guests $5 an hour for parking and $20 for overnight. guest parking area has now become a waste of space. really ridiculous to think anyone would pay that kind of money to visit their friends/family for a moment. please do something about this because its ridiculous. things are always broken. they refuse the heat the lazy river pool so we can never use it. its great to see management replying to every fake 5 star review on here thanking them, yet refusing to acknowledge any negative review/rev... read more
