If I could give zero stars I would. The District Bar is so disorganized. They can't figure out how to separate people that have reservations and those that don't. It took us forever to get any service and when we did it was some of the worst I have ever had. Our waitress disappeared for almost a half an hour and didn't show up until 5 minutes before they stopped taking orders for food. Loved how we were able to enter the Knitting Factory from the bar & how we got the wrist bands in the bar. The waitress was clean, friendly & welcoming. The food was very delicious. Downfall was that the service was slow. The bar was full & there weren't enough waitresses. It took 15min for the waitress to acknoldege us & serve water & 30min to take our order.
They were great food was quick and well cooked beautiful blonde bartender made sure my friend and I had drinks and were well taken care great bar
It had been about 5 years since the last time I got to enjoy the culinary expertise of the district bar. The last time my entree delivered to the Green Room, I wasn't able to give this wonderful atmosphere a true rating. If you ever have the opportunity to dine here regardless if you're just a patreon or an artist playing the venue, do not hesitate to indulge! I repeat do not hesitate to indulge!
Best pretzel and cheese you'll aver have. Fantastic staff and great atmosphere. We will be back!

The customer service was terrible. I understand there is a big concert and you need reservations. There should be first come, first serve. If they are going to seat random guests together but not the first ones that arrived. This was so disrespectful
First of all, one of the people I was with not only did not get what she ordered but had to wait 10 minutes for a piece of cheese and pickles that should have been on her burger to begin with. The waitress brought them over on s paper plate and said sorry and left. The burger was already cold and you could tell it was horrible. Why she didnt take the burger back to make it right???
