I toured these apartments not too long ago, I saw them on Zillow and while the pictures on Zillow were super nice, it didn’t really display the apartments accurately. They weren’t as nice in person and the hallways have a stale smell. I lived at The District at Saxony for 15 months and had nothing but a seamless, positive experience. It’s a quiet and peaceful community in a perfect neighborhood, especially if you have a dog! Maintenance was always incredibly quick and reliable, every request I submitted was taken care of within 24 hours.
