I like the place and all but you REALLY need to clean the basketball court
Chad anchored and reset a shelf that had fallen and needed to be remounted. He and the maintenance team has always been extremely accommodating and always makes sure there are not any other issues before leaving after the maintenance request was completed.
Extremely fast on responding and will definitely take care of the issue/problem. They are focused on identifying the problem and repairing or replacing parts with haste.
I personally live here and what great management staff and apartment living! Lots of fun events at the clubhouse each month, quick replies to emails, and friendly staff that actually care. Always pet friendly and very close to HTC if you like to shop or walk around. Highly recommend these apartments.
