I just moved into the district and so far I have had a great experience. The staff is responsive and professional, maintenance is quick to address concerns, and I love the amenities. It's a quiet community with many families which is a great fit for my needs. My only complaint is that the units are painted over way too much which gives even the updated unit an old/ lived in feeling. Some buildings that are public facing seem better maintained than others. But so far, so good!
The maintenance staff is super helpful and attentive. The location is also great! This is my first apartment and I’m glad to say I don’t have a single complaint!
DO NOT MOVE HERE and please KEEP IN MIND ALOT OF THESE REVIEWS ARE FROM PPL WHO HAVE ONLY LOOKED AT THE REMODELED HOME THEY SHOW YOU AND WAS ASKES TO LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW FOR FIRST MONTHS FREE OR MONEY OFF MOVE IN ITS ALL A SCAM ! THESE APARTMENTS SHOULD BE TORN DOWN. I HAVE BEEN HERE 3 YEARS NOT BECAUSE I WANTED TOO BUT BECAUSE I FELT STUCK I HAVE HAD NO ENERGY SENSE MOVING HERE AND HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MOLD CRICKETS AND CENTIPEDES ! they've had over 9 people come into my home multiple times to paint over mold. I am 6mo through my 12mo lease (updating after I moved out at the end of lease, I stand by my words and 5 stars! Would have renewed for year 2 but, the military moved me out of state. amazing place to the end even after when I called with after move out questions!) Office staff 5star service!
