I am 6mo through my 12mo lease Office staff 5star service! Always nice, personable, and responsive. I have called many times and anytime they say they will call me back they do! Email responses are quick I think they check every working morning, and if they don't respond right away they will in a few hours or next day to have time to get the info you need. I’m so excited about moving into The District Apartments! The property is well maintained, the location is close to my job, and I greatly appreciate the staff, and how friendly and helpful they have been. It has made the process of moving in so much easier. I’m looking forward to my new apartment, settling in, and having a new place to call home!
Newer Tenant to these apartments, with only having been here a few months, but the staff have been wonderful. Completely receptive when I need assistance, and have amazing maintence. The rating currently doesn't do it justice.
I have lived at the district for about two months now and it is in the perfect location! Right next to the Greenway trail and ten minutes from downtown, the airport, forest park and the loop!
Friendly staff & maintenance is always on top of work orders & very communicative. Quiet & pet Friendly neighborhood.
