Avoid This Place at All Costs If I could give zero stars, I would. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team — they do their best with what they’re given. Everyone else, especially Eliza and TJ in the leasing office, are the reason most people are moving out. They’re rude, dismissive, and seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. The District is conveniently located in Biltmore Village. The apartments are well cared for, the community pool and meeting areas are clean, hallways are cleaned daily, the exercise room is well planned and clean. Maintenance is on the property and responds quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Staff is present to answer questions and respond to concerns.
A great community of good people with a stellar maintenance team make our maintenance free lifestyle truly maintenance free! They keep the rec room clean and pool warm year round! It’s nice to be able to get home from a long days work and not have to worry about the honey do list! The staff are always happy to help and are a big part of the community! The view is amazing from the right spots!
You guys are amazing and I am very excited to move in when October rolls around.
